Operation Smile Australia provides opportunities for businesses and companies around the World to help change the life of a child.

Payroll Deduction
Working with the Human Resources Department of a company or business, Operation Smile Australia will help to set-up a payroll deduction program. An employee can designate a certain percentage or exact amount of their paycheck to go to Operation Smile Australia each pay period.

Matching Gifts
Check with your Human Resources Department if your company will match your gift to Operation Smile Australia. If your company has a matching gift program, you simply fill out a form, and send it to Operation Smile Australia, where your donation will be verified and the request for a match will be sent directly to your company. It's a great way to double your giving.

Employee Involvement Program
There are several different programs that can be implemented to get employees motivated at work and help Operation Smile at the same time.

Let each employee pay $10 to wear jeans on Friday and donate the money to Operation Smile Australia.
Your company management agree to give employees to work on a fundraiser or as a volunteer for Operation Smile Australia for one day a year.
A simple raffle fundraiser among your work colleagues.
